Talk to Psychiatry on Psychiatric Issue

Salam I was on different antidepressants since 5 years. Last i was on fluoxetine that i left on January by myself as i thought I’m doing well. Now i had alot of stress so i visited my psychiatrist He gave me fluoxetine 20 mg once for 1 week and twice after 1 week for 1 month. Xanax 1 for 1 week and half for 1 week and sulp for one month as i lost my appetite. Now issue is after fluoxetine i feel burning inside my whole skin especially palms. And can’t eat more than some bites. Called dr he said to take 1 fluoxetine for another week then start 2 and everytime take it with milk . My 3rd week of medicines have started . I’m still taking fluoxetine once but I’m feeling burning still in my skin. Can’t do breakfast. Only dinner if I don’t eat anything whole day.
