Talk to Psychiatry on Ocd Problem

i have been taking flouxetine from 4 months. 40 mg for 2 months and then increased to 60 mg in next month. Now i am on 60 mg flouxetine . My ocd got better with flouxetine about 70 percent after 8 weeks on 40 mg flouxetine.then my doc increases it to 60 mg and after 60 mg for 4 days my ocd got a little worse than got better but now my ocd is getting worse day by day from 24 days . What is the reason of it and what should we do

Worse in wat sense?? Like is there relapse of symptoms???
Gradually u should again taper back to 40mg if that's the case. Rest you should consult back to your psychiatrist and tell him/ her about your condition. May Allah give you health Aameen.

My symptoms came back . Now i reduced my dose to 40 mg from 8 days vut still my ocd is worse .
