These medicines can cause constipation which can lead to blood in stools. However, there is no direct relation of bleeding per rectum. Hemorrhoid has to be kept in mind.
First, you go to the surgeon which is very important and find out the cause of this bleeding in stools. If due to constipation then it can be corrected. Then, go to a Psychiatrist and review the medicines if constipation still persist.
