Your explained symptoms indicate schizophrenia but need proper fetailed
assessment for diagnosis take him to psychiatrist on urgent basis .
continuous psychiatric illness for 6-7 months indicate the possibility of schizophrenia/schizoaffective disorder. kindly take him to a qualified psychiatrist in hyderabad for detailed checkup and management. If he is unwilling to go, any family member can go and discuss his case. possible options are Dr Moeen ansari at LUMHS/ sir cowasjee institue or Dr Ayesha sanober at AKU hyderabad complex.
