Doc mere sath 1 issue ha ma koi kam kar re hu ya wese bethi hu to some times 1 dam mjhy garmi lagna shuru ho jati hath paon garm ho jaty body ma sa b heat hona shuru ho jati sweating honi r heartbeat tez ho jati.... ya kia issue ha ya mjhy takreban 2 3 sal sa ha ya.

Dear ..yes your worry is right but 80-90 % of psychiatric illnesses are non-insane illness like in your condition.in other words mental illnesses are not only illnesses of being crazy or made..There are loads of of condition like anxiety,depression, ocd,eating,sleeping and sexual disorder etc etc being treated by psychiatrist.
