AssalamOAlaikum before i was suffering from anxiety and depression doctor was prescribed Escitalopram on this app(Marham) i want to know how much long have to take Escitalopram? I have taken in last 20 days someone please help... thanks in advance...

Usually, 4 to 6 months is the time when such medication is taken, and at times a little bit longer. You need to stay under the care of a Psychiatrist to make such decisions for you.
ideally you have to continue your medication for 6 month after you have recovered completely.
