Welcome, dreams from a psychological perspective, are symbolic representations if fears, anxieties, uncertainties, apprehension. from a physiological perspective During REM sleep, the brain is activated and "warming its circuits" and is anticipating the sights, sounds, and emotions of the waking state, you do not have to worry about it if these dreams are not affecting in any way, otherwise, you need psychiatric consultation for further understanding of the condition. Thanks

I understand its a distressing experience for you. Nightmares are usually due to Anxiety/Stress-related problems. Please consult a mental health professional if you are still concerned.
