salam to all my respected doctors. i am suffering from chronic ocd being 14 years.first 5 years i dont know i hve an ocd disease. then in started 6th of my year the depression attacks on me and i m hospitalized for 10 days.in this period i hve tooo much vomiting,weakness and unconciousness. the psychiatric doctor say that this is a massive depression attack.after 15 days i feel better but nothing.then i take regular medication frm my psychiatrist doctor whch name is dr muslim khan. medication. ufrim+ramargon. in day + in night. tenormin fr blood pressure. neurolin sr. these medicines takes me 6 months. again visit. medication. tenormin25. sensival 25. seroft 50. serib 800. these medicines takes me 6 months. again visit. medication. prozac 20.1 clomipril 75. tenormin 25. neurolin sr. these medcnes takes me 6 months. again visit. medications. prozac 20 1+1. clomipril 75. tenormin 25. inderal 10. lithium. these medicnes takes me 8 months. that is tooo much dose. again visit

Well you need to be evaluated properly if according to you, you are already diagnosed case of ocd than severity and others should be know for starting proper treatment for symptoms remission and recovery.

I think your diagnosis is something else too other than OCD as i assume from your treatment history. You did not mention the current issues. Are you still taking medicine and how are you responding to that medicine. When you develop side effects or there is no response, then doctor changes either dose or a new medicine is started. With such less information i can just suggest you to go to a psychiatrist again, your diagnosis and treatment needs to be reviewed.
