Talk to Psychiatry on Breath And Chest Burn
Asking for Self, Male, 33 years old, Karachi
I started shortness of breathing in 2014 3 times and a doctor suggest ecg and i did heart checkup and found nothing and my chest x ray shows bronchitic changes lung which two of chest specilialist said its nothing and they says i have anxiety and they presiribe me rize capsule for day and nexum 20 and i was ok that time but still have fear of shortness of breath and bad conditions .. and now in 2019 doctor again prescribe me same madicine and i cant be the same person before 2014 ... i have scared of being bad and evening times are always worst ... my nose also are stucked and i have stomach issue sometimes also and dont know what is my problem and cant explain ... please help ... i cant live properly now
Your problem can be solved by medication and counseling sessions
These are apparently the symptoms of Anxiety spectrum. You need to continue capsule rize 20mg and regular follow-up with a psychiatrist. Please do progressive muscle relaxation and deep breathing on regular basis.

sir rize 20 was not working this period of axiety i used it for a week and left it ...or does it takes more time?? should i still continue taking it ... does it have side effects

You are right rize or other antidepressants of same class takes 2-4 weeks to achieve a level of effect in human system. If you dont have history of astham then take Tablet inderal 10mg when ever you feel experience palpitations or trembling sensations. Better to keep rize continue and tell us the progress after a month.
