Bhai ka 28month pehle eccident huwa ha 6month baad se unki yh tabeat hogai akle bethana gusa krna nend kam aana ya byhut sona but 2month huwe hen hum ne dr ko dikhaya psyitric ko unho ne mezeron30mg and lemctal di revotril 2mg b ab nend kahana pena saheh ha but dimag wesa he hs social personal life khtam ha baat koi krta dhyan nhi jata emotions fellings b khtam hogai hen last weak mri krwai ha wo lagati hon ap mashwara dain kia kren hum
Part of brain once damage doesn't recover completely. As reported in mri there is damage. However behaviour can be controlled to a great extent by medicine. However Final opinion will be given in complete Check up. Current treatment is not appropriate

Your brother’s age is not mention, and there are positive finding in the MRI which shows the clear brain pathology and MRI study is limited, it is highly recommended to visit a neurologist to evaluate properly and role of psychiatric is there but after opinion from neurologist, you can visit Dr Shazia Jatoi consultant Neurologist at Medicare cardiac and General hospital Shaheed e milat road on Tuesday and then you can visit me from Psychiatric perspective thanks

MRI is already done and detailed history is not mentioned and the symptoms which you have mentioned here are need to be assessed for this you need to visit a doctor either neurologist first or psychiatrist referral can be generated from either side

Bhai ki age kitni he ?? MRI ke hisaab se neurology ka masla bi he. So current advice is that get neurology and psychiatry opinion again. patients ko dekh kar uska examination karke sahi se andaza kiya jaa skta he k treatment kis tarah chalega.
