Asallam O Alaikum, I want to ask how to overcome Avoidant Personality Disorder. I just diagnosed this diseases in me last week by watching some videos online. I stammer sometimes and very low self esteem from childhood. I'm very much disturbed, I do not apply for jobs cos of low confidence. Please help me!!
