Talk to Psychiatry on Anxiety Problem

I have anxiety and panic attacks issue. My anxiety is related to my stomach problem and recently doctor has diagnosed IBS. I have noticed that my anxiety reaches to peak in summers. Last year had severe attack and then in Aug I started anxiety course which ended earlier in this June. But few days back I had Gas problem which happens to me almost everyday and had breath issue coz of gas which happens with gas and bcoz of that I had panic attack. Now its almost a weak that I am again in the state of anxiety. I don't want to start anxiety course as it runs for a year then and also effects marital life (decrease libido etc) Plesse suggest me some medicines which I can take whenever I have attack and leave in normal days. Not like that I have to taper it for leaving Previously I have used Alprazolam (zolam 0.25 mg) Venlafaxine XR 75 and then 37.5 mg Inderal 20 mg But I had to tapper all these medicines. Plz suggest medicine which I take when I have attack and leave when I don't need it.

I can understand your sufferings.it must be very difficult for you.I would suggest you to consult to a psychiatrist nearby you or online..There is no such drug that can used instantly except benzodiazepine but there is a high risk of dependence.
aoa dear.on off taking of medicine may prone you to dependency or addiction in long term.you should take medicine as advised, take care of your deit and modify daily habits
you will be fine soon.insha Allah
I think you will need both medicines and psychotherapy to come out it permanently.
