Talk to Psychiatry on Anxiety Disorders
Asking For Self, Male 37, zhob balochistan
I have anxiety for 16 years. taken many medicines like peroxetin, sertraline, escitalopram, fluoxetine etc. now taking depsit (escitalopram 10 mg). but I m trembling. I can't face any person. my body starts shaking. if anyone coughs or sneezes, my body shakes and I feel a wave through out my body. please help
if he tried all meds,he must go for therapy sessions as well.

Hi there. I understand you are going through a difficult time. Please use a combination of both medications and psychotherapy. So speak to a trained Clinical Psycjologist with atleast MPhil. I would also advise you to get another opinion from a Psychiatrist regarding medications
