Talk to Psychiatry on Anxiety Disorder

Lady has generalized anxiety and was suggested 2.5mg citanew which she felt wasn’t working so she took a second opinion and the doctor said that u need to take atleast 10mg citanew ..2.5 mg or even 5 mg will not work. The lady took 10mg yesterday but was having trouble sleeping.. like as soon as she would fall asleep she would have jerks and wake up. She even experienced extreme chest pain and had trouble Breathing.. something she was experiencing due to anxiety even before she increased the dosage but it was worst last night. Now she is confused if the sleep jitters or pain in chest was due to the sudden increase in dosage or was it psychological? Whatever it was it was very painful. Her serum iron is also very low (36) Besides this she’s taking glucophage 1000mg for high insulin. She’s married and is a mother. P.S the lady just can’t take any medicines such as alp or lexotanil because it makes her depressed the next day making her head very heavy and she feels very drowsy an
