Hi, I have a fast heartbeat, my body is shivering so fast and my ECG report is also correct. Sometimes anxiety overcomes me and I have this fast heartbeat problem almost 10 years from now on, and my age is 20 years. Tell me this problem

fast heart beat from many reasons...
except fast heart beat what else you feel??
any shortness of breath??
any tremors in your hands!?
any neck swelling or bulging eyes??
your skin tinge/color is it pale or normal??
any diarrhea/constipation on and off??
any blood test report you have share also??
is this fast heart beat happen in specific situation or anytime or after fatigued or climbing stairs??
exam or study stress??
I can understand must be very difficult for you.
Kindly make sure that you don't have any medical condition.Get done your tests like CBC,TFts..and ECG (during palpitations).If no organic cause found .then management of anxiety (PA?)can be considered.

Feeling Uncomfortable and I have bad emotions all the time.
I have some acne or pimples on my face.
My blood is pumping so fast.
As I am a physiotherapist students there is a lot of exam stress on my head.

sometimes stomach problem also causes fast heart rate and acne on face...
avoid hot spicy oily things..
drink a lot of water..
avoid stress..
go for CBC and thyroid Profile.. follow up with results
until then if you have acidity or heartburn or stomach problem take omega 20mg once daily before breakfast
