l have been suffering from neck & backpain from last 3 years which is bearable in summer and get severe in winters. As winter is arrived so my pain is. Since yesterday I have temperature and severe pain in neck and back. Also a pain starts from right shoulder and moves to hands and pain in joints and legs. As it all started from yesterday as it rains yesterday. It usually happens in winter which remains for 3-4 days and happen after every 4-5 weeks. (temp + neck & join pain). What could be the possible reason of this and what should i need to do?

Body aches are not normal at this young age. The symptoms you are mentioning could be due to at least a couple of reasons. You'll need proper evaluation and examination to find out the root cause of your problem and then a treatment plan could be advised.

if this pain is always accompanied with temp. then first consult physician before physiotherapist.
