Mera bhai jski age 30 years hy...uski saudia mn 2 3 sal pehly paoon ki surgery hui ksi chez ny kaat lya tha paoon py..... surgery k bad paon ki swelling b khtm nae hui or drd b bht zada hogai hy .....jb sy pak aya hy 8 9 maheny sy kaf doc ko chekup krwaya lekin prob smj nae ai k kya masla hy ....paoon ki wja sy ab puri taang mn kheench prti or taang bht shadeed drd krti or is k sath hi bht taiz bukhar hojata ....asa hr 10 15 din bad hota k taang mn shadeed drd sy bukhar hojata...me reports comments mn add kr re hu ....kindly help krdn kya msla hoskata hy kch doc kehty paaoon k tissues cut gy hn jo k time k sath sath thek hun gy lekin itny saal hogy bht takleef hy theek nae horaha

its Bactrial infection.....after surgery may be proper wound care na hoi or is k ilawa b multiple underlying cause ho skti hain......u you should that precautive measures i.e Rest to minimise the efforts , icing to reduce swelling , compression and elevate your limb (uncha kr k rakhen tang ko )- and most importantly visit Physiotherapist to get rid of this problem ASAP.

Still swelling appear ? Which part of foot get more pain dorsum or planter?means uper wali surface p ya nichy wali surface p pain h ya side s sensation of pain Kia hy sharp and shooting ya dull constant ? Pain movement or kam hoti ya ziada ? X-ray of foot is required to check bone alignment or nerve impengment or entrap in any bone or muscle pressure? Book opointment for complet releive thanks ….till apply deep healt to ankle region and elevate the foot not apply ice bcouse it’s chronic swelling not acute one bye
Aoa. Visit my clinic between 5 to 10 pm tomorrow with all your previous reports in johar town. This is post surgery irritation in wound need examination for final diagnosis and proper treatment. if u r taking any painkillers then plz dont take it the day u have to visit my clinic. inshaAllah your problem will sort out.

after ultrasound its clear all the veins are compatable.. whats about surgical scar n direction of injured muscles and stiches ... keep it in elevation n get it checked by oninle appointment... do some specific foot exercise and massage please
