Attaching my MRI reports (MRI was in July). Everyone told me there is nothing serious just go for painkillers and physiotherapy. I was taking naproxen and was on physiotherapy from last 2 months. But still, there is no improvement. Sometimes I face severe back pain. So can someone please guide me what to do now? Please don't suggest me any treatment which is expensive as already invested a lot but all in vain. Is this disc herniation? Is it curable? I am seriously worried about it.

Does it radiate to your leg and foot? If yes then which side? from how long are you suffering from this backache? Are you married and having kids? These is a slight protrusion can be seen in your MRI report that has been pinching to you. I’ll suggest you treatment but first please answer the above questions.
What are the treatments included in your treatment plan? Are you doing preventative measures like not doing anything that bends your back e.g. using w/c , using soft mattress for sleep. So don’t use w/c , use camod instead. Sleep on a firm mattress. Exercise daily like bridging five times a day, walk backwards for about 5 mins in a day, use chair for Namaz. Place a hot wet towel for 10 mins thrice a day. Don’t lift heavy objects at any cost. Rest more. Avoid driving or going to some irregular surface.

Painkillers are not a solution.Physiotherapy is recommended in this case as surgery is the last option, also it does not bring satisfactory results to every person.
Also, for making a good diagnosis and prognosis several questions have to be answered as very limited information is given here.
So kindly book an appointment asap.

Fine. Your MRI is pretty normal. No lumber straightening and as such no disc protrusion. In our vertebras, there are multiple small joints which sometimes get locked as well as the surrounding muscles get tighten up leading to mix type of neuromusculoskeletal pain.A proper dose of Ultrasound therapy, interferential currents and heating along with manual muscle energy techniques and segmental mobilisation of lumber spine can easily cure this problem.Nothing to worry about

If you are regularly having proper physiotherapy sessions with zero improvement then you better consult a pain specialist to control your pain. He will guide you if you should visit an orthopaedic or neuro specialist as well given the nature of your pain.

yes it is curable! traditional physiotherapy might not help but careful examination followed by individualized plan of care may help better recovery. Specific interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, ergonomic and bio-mechanic solutions may help in promoting healing and resolving pain. If you live in Islamabad you may visit IMR.
it is curable, you need to search for some expert physiotherapist.
you must visit a competent physiotherapist at the earliest, who assess you properly...misdiagnosis and wrong approach can only aggrevate your pain
Kindly send me your MRI Report prepared by the Radiologist just one page to my what's app number 042-32591427, , i will give you positive feed back.
