I have been following fitness regime & yoga for quite some time and endeavouring to attain results at a good level. I face problems with regards to the tightness of muscles especially once I wake up in the morning. This is overall hampering my mobility & flexibility. I need a decent physiotherapist preferably in Rawalpindi who can assist me in overcome muscles soreness & particularly focus on increased flexibility. Gentle stretching.
Muscle massage.
Rest.

Heat to help increase blood flow to your muscles. Even a warm bath or shower can help.
