i am facing severe back bone pain from last 3 months,i think my muscle was pulled while playing badminton.i have quit play, also am taking medicens but not getting rid of it.kindly suggest me what should i do
Aoa
there are lots of causes of backache. we need to assess you properly. you should get an apointment from Physiotherapist.
Regards
You should consult physiotherapist for proper examination and treatment as soon as possible otherwise it will worsen your case. You may take appointment at our clinic
I am sorry to hear that, muscular pains usually relaxes after a period but sometimes they really make life miserable. You should go for MRI for a better picture of your back.Meanwhile you should try these Try heating the area. Do some exercises but if they cause pain then stop. Bridge exercises are good
if less than six weeks and symptoms not getting worse, you can do bed rest and physiotherapy.
if more than six week or symptoms getting worse, get check up and mri of spine
first of all dear ... ur muscle'was pulled three months back...now it is muscle'spasm along with many tender points as well.
if it was first 24hrs than i would have suggest to'icing along'with rest.
or even'if it was 1week old than i would have suggest you hot therapy along'with 4days intake of muscle relaxant and rest only.
but now its three mnth old... and no'med has made u get relieved ... sou straight away need to get an'appointment from an highly experienced specialised MSOMPT physiotherapist... n get treated asap. as it may also start disturbing ur gait and body
posture etc.
best of luck dear...
happy ramadan

Well it could be a muscular cause as you did not have mentioned any history of trauma.
Few sessions of physical therapy will surely relieve the symptoms.
