Diet (egg in milk, boiled, etc)
Ample sleep
Swimming and Chin ups (or just hanging)

Height is determined by a combination of genetic and environmental factors. while you can consult to Nutritionist which help you to chose proper diet plan . you have to eat more prorein, dairy products, nuts which is benefical for your height you can also do hanging activities, game etc

First of all you need to see a doctor to rule out whether if it is because of a hormone that promotes hormone. It's called HGH or 'Human Growth Hormone. If you have low levels of HGH then you maybe prescribed with a supplement that contains synthetic HGH, It may improve your height as you're in safe age to try.
But do not try Supplements from advertisement without consultation because once the growth plates are fused, you can't increase no matter how much quantity of HGH you take.

There are certain suggestions that i can make and you should follow.

1) Eat good balanced diet:
fresh fruits

fresh vegetables

whole grains

proteins

dairy
Moreover you must avoid sugar and FAT.

2) Get a good sleep: For your age sleeping for 19 hours at right time is very beneficial.

3) Stay active and do exercises: Do push-up or Sit-up and build strength.
Improve your flexibility.
Do Aerobic exercises as Cycling.

4) Improve and practice a good posture: Bad posture can make you look shorter and also shrink your height.
