Talk to Pediatrician on Vesicoureteric Reflux

From birth my baby boy is suffering form vesicoureteral reflux of grade IVc( both sides) tested in april he gone through cystoscopy and vesicostomy and now in November doctors again tested him and now his vesicoureteral reflux has beed decreased to IIc (left) and Ib (right) . Now his doctor recommended for cystoscopy or reimplantation .. I need ur suggestion for next step whether we go for surgery or any other opinion u have??
