Talk to Pediatrician on Temperature Plus Low Platelets Count

Assalam o alaikum my daughter is 11 months old..20 days before she got high grade fever and reached 104.she got fainted and got fits..we rushed to nearby hospital emergency..Dr treated her and gave only panadol drops..and advised temperature should not be reached more than 100.. and Dr started augmentin 106 mg..I completed that antibiotic course till 7 days..she got cured alhumdulillah..now after 20 days she again got fever and reached till 100 than immediately I started sponging and giving bath to baby..then temperature goes down..now it's 6 days..I consult pediatrition..she advised to do test CBC and then got less platelet count In report then she advised to go for dengue igm test..am attaching both reports..dengue igm is negative..than what could be the reason of temperature and low platelets??kindly let me know..what should I do now??am very much worried..
