Talk to Pediatrician on Sleepless Child

Aslam-o-Alikum,
My son is 1.5 years, and he is fine baby Masha Allah, but the issue he is so irritating while sleeping at night atleast till 6-7 am. He sleeps well in day, but at night he is so irritated while sleeping. He rub his both feet with each other not taking blanket all night his feet evolve so much heat. Please help me out what problem he could be in?
