Asking for Other, Male, 7 years old, LAHORE

My son 7 months old sleeps for very shortly.. Like 30mins or 40 mins.. Last night he slept at 3.30 and woke up at 9am..i am very restless due to his routine..i give him phenargan on alternate days for sleeping.. Is it safe? What can i do to make him sleep more? JazakAllah

no it's not safe at all..try to make routine for sleep, restrict his screen use. give him a shower before going to bed, switch off lights almost half hour before his time to sleep, also you can read bedtime stories for him
