Assalaam u alaikum.my daughter age 12 is Masha Allah healthy and fit.But she is now having sleep disorder According to her she used to have normal sleep of 8 hours and more,but now she's developed the problem of sleep issue.She can not sleep more than 5 hours at night time.In my humble understanding probably due to closure of her school and lockdown, probably she regularly kept awake whole nights and that disturbed her body clock.may be it's sort of some stress issue developed due to stress caused by staying at home all the time.kindly advise please...
environmental factors and disturbed daily routine life can affect sleep pattern of normal people.let her sleep early at night and encourage ur kid to get up for fajar prayer..do encourage your child to involve in helathy activates and playing gamesa and exercise etc...keep the use of mobile phone limited and avoid excessive t.v watching..u can give some medication if these
