Attached is pics of my Son's face. please advise anything
Age = 10 months this problem from 6 months and we are using fusil HC cream on it always but now its not effective. and same type of allergy also in Head scalp.

use conaz shampoo once a week for 2 months.
and use hydrozole cream on these lesions
apply Hydrocortisone 1% cream, twice a day for 1 week only ( don't give beyond that)...Secondly give syp duricef (125mg)
4ml +0+4ml ...twice a day for 5 days...if you place in Karachi so do visit in clinic...I want to see other areas as well.
Better to seen and followed up by dermatologist as you already using steroid and fuscidic cream.
