Talk to Pediatrician on Septal Hematoma

My son two weeks ago, fell down very badly, uski nose se thora blood nikla but phr ruk gaya.. Hum ne samjha ok ho gaya.. But after one week, usko saans lene main problem aa rahi thi.. Headache bhi tha.. Hum ne Dr se check karwaya.. He said blood nose main rukne ki waja se problem ho rahi hai.. Symptoms of Septal Hematoma.. Operate karwaya last Thursday ko.. But abhi baki sb tou AlhamduLillah theek hai..but abi bho wolay tou aisa lagta hai nose se bol raha hai.. Still nose jese band ho.. Is that ok? Ya abhi or time lagay ga for full recovery
