Talk to Pediatrician on Potty Leakage
Asking for Other, Male, 10 years old, Karachi
My son has some grey polyps at anus and he is unable to expel all the stool in his rectum so the potty always comes out in his pants, sometimes with urine, he can't control it. Please help

Actually he has constipation, which is a very common reason for encopresis( involuntary passage of stool). Start with syp Lilac 10ml twice a day for 2 weeks for constipation. give him alot of water. make a habitt of daily stool passage. and we can increase or add medicine if response is not optimal. and please get review from paediatric surgeon for anal polyps
