Talk to Pediatrician on Pediatrics
Asking for Self, Female, 24 years old, Fsd
My son is 3 months old. He is on formula feeding. Can i give him a small amount of water as he seems to be very dehydrated, specially when wakeup from sleep his lips seems to be so dry. Apart from that everything is normal alhamdulliAllah.

check area above eyes on head (anterior Fontanelle) ...if depressed and goes downward then start ORS with Spoon ....if normal and flat then no worries

It is better to give him only milk. Milk amount can be increased. Nevertheless if still you want to give water then clean water(boiled water which is brought to normal temperature) can be given in small amount
