Yes, as I have written in my original post too, her gums are black.
For me, she is fine alhumdulillah. But if you can please elaborate your question.
She doesn't eat any fruits or vegetables. In fact a very very picky eater. I have to get strict when it comes to food but, at times I am unable to handle.
She does not take any medicine.

This could be a normal finding. Is she doing okay otherwise? Is she weak in body structure? does she often gets sick?

She is weak. In her early years, she was healthy.
She was going to school before the e pandemic started, and yes she often got sick.

Does your child have abdominal cramps, vomiting or blood in stools? I suggest you have your child examined at Govternment Children Hospital, Shadman Town, Karachi. She may need a review by a Children’s Stomach and Intestinal Diseases consultant or Gastroenterologist who might carry out endoscopy on your child to rule out Peutz-Jegher Syndrome.
