Baby girl diagnosed with type 3 OI . By radiogical scan . What is prognosis? Is there any genetic testing that confirms this disease . Or what are the chances that this will transmit to other siblings.

child needs a Genetic test to confirm the diagnosis . it can be either autosomal dominant or recessive in nature. It is the most severe form, hence prognosis is not great.
my advice is get the genetic diagnosis confirmed first, then see a geneticist or Paediatrician to have a detailed discussion.
