Talk to Pediatrician on Oral Thrush In 5 Year Kid

My daughter age 5 years old developed or we noticed Mouth and Tongue Thrush yesterday. She is having difficulty in swallowing food and feels like having a sore throat as well. Also she having a cough few days ago. No fever at the moment as we are giving her Calpol with Tixilyx twice since yesterday afternoon. Yesterday, we applied twice Daktarin Oral Gel and Today in the morning Somogel. Kindly advice further for any antifungal medicines to be used along as well for faster recovery as she is having her exams in school these days . Thanks in advance.
