this report shows previous damage to a part of the brain. this can be a cause of epilepsy. you should definitely consult a child neurologist for proper treatment of epilepsy and developmental growth monitoring. No need to try alternative medicine like homeopathy which has no basis and rationale.

it is definitely an issue and normal report of epilepsy does not mean that it is recovered, medicine must be continued even if it is a normal report for epilepsy for at least two years of fits free period

report is showing brain damage because of some reason at certain point in her life. what is needed further is to find out the cause of that insult and treat the seizures secondary to that insult
brain insult has occurred in the past... if she is epileptic you should continue the medicine n follow up with the neurologist until she is fit free for atleast 2yrs.
The report shows a past injury to the brain. Whether it occurred around birth or due to some serious illness involving brain or coverings of the brain later, needs to be determined on the basis of history. It is also important to know whether the child has acquired milestones of growth and development at appropriate ages or otherwise to determine the significance of this brain insult. In case of developmental delay, the epilepsy medicine may need to be continued beyond two years. I think the neurologist taking care of your child is the best person to interpret the MRI findings for you since he knows the history of the child.
