Before prescribing any medicine I would like to ask few more questions, it is better to book an appointment with a doctor or see a doctor.
Well to help you I must say don't start any antibiotic on your own, Entamizole is an antibiotic. And mostly diarrhea in kids are viral in which antibiotic will not help. Always ask a doctor before starting it and proper dosage.
For diarrhea safe protocol to start is Low Osmolar ORS 1/2cup after each loose motion follow the dilution method mentioned on packet, Syrup. Zincat OD 5ml once a day and probiotic like Enflor/Biflor/enterogermina(any one of them ) once a day, KYB diet( Khichri, Yougurt and banana)
