All symptoms indicate that your child has measles. You haven't told whether your child was immunized against measles in early childhood? You should stop Augmentin. Continue with Panadol Forte, one tea-spoonful 6 hourly, You need to change antibiotic to Cefiget DS 0ne tea-spoonful one time daily. Keep him clean and give plenty of fluids.

If the child had 2 doses of Measles vaccines, it is LESS likely to develop measles , although possible but only in about 2-3 % of cases.

fever and rash may be caused by many other viral infections. Apart from Calpol, i do not recommend anything else.

if he has breathing difficulties or feeding problems, then must see a qualified paediatrician
