Salam Dr my son who is 4 months old is having motion 5-6) in a day and the colour is green what can be the reason?Baby is on combine feed ..Also he is taking his hands in his mouth every time what Should I give him ? Can I start semi solid to my son what should i give?

please give him ORS 1-2 ounce after each loose motion. it will settle in 1-2 weeks.
