Talk to Pediatrician on Left Eye Is Red

My 8 months old baby boy has red eye. Is it any type of infection?

Kindly post a picture. Is there any watery discharge or pus coming out of the eye? It could be allergic or infectious .
If there is no discharge then nothing to worry. Wash the eye with clean water multiple times a day.

Kindly post the pic of the affected eye. And wash the eye regularly every 3-4 hourly with fresh water and apply polyfax eye ointment at night time for 5 days
