Talk to Pediatrician on Lack Of Eye Contact

Aoa, i want to discuss my son's problem he lacks eye contact. He doesn't show any response on his name. He is 2 years old but shows no communication only says mama,baba ,bye..non verbal communication also missing.. He is antisocial.doesn't feel comfortable in presence of any unknown person..sometimes he start crying and get irritated by other kids. Sometimes get irritated when he hears his sister crying and trying to beat her. Kindly give some suggestions I will be very thankful for that.
