Talk to Pediatrician on Inner Corner Of Right Eye Is Pink

My 3 year old son has developed pinkinsh eye in the inner corner of his right eye from the last 4 days..no itching no discharge nothing..(occusionally rub his eyes while crying) this morning he was rubbing his eye way too much also he developed little pinkish in outer corner of the same eye as well..

This apparently seems initial phase of conjunctivitis which can be treated with maintenance of good hygiene and appropriate eye drops. But here, I would like to emphasize upon ruling out COVID-19. If your family has had any contact with COVID patient within last 10-14 days or any one has suffered or recovered from COVID within this duration, please do go ahead for Nasal swab for PCR.
