Talk to Pediatrician on Infant Sleep Disorder

Dear experts, I have a right months old child who doesn’t sleep at night peacefully , we have tried multiple options like putting in cot, white noise, lullabies etc also we tried to change his sleeping cycle but nothing works. We are both working couple so the kid is staying home in a routine where I am baby sitting if my wife is away and vise Versa, now again please help on how to solve this issue as I am very depressed because of sleepless nights
