My 3 month old baby boy is on breastfeed. Kabhi kabhi cow milk pani mix kr ke dete hain. From 2 3 days He is doing loose motion every time after feed. Everything else is normal.

DO NOT feed him cow's milk,diluted or undiluted.
Exclusively breast feed and stools will be fine.
