Talk to Pediatrician on High Tlc High Crp

My 7 momths old daughter had low grade fever with no other symptom her dr said viral fever..fever broke in 6 days without antibiotic....she was fine then but now again after 12 days she has high fever since yesterday morning no other symptoms ...dr said viral but i got tests done which showed high wbc (21000) and high crp 1.9mg/l other things were within limits..also getting urine culture done but urine has no smell and no pain while urinating...why is she getting high fevers with no other symptoms ...why is her wbc so high and crp...dr started antibiotic cefexime ...plz tell me what tests to do and why she is getting frequent high fevers with no other symptoms...she acts fine otherwise only is irritablenduring fever period and fever goes down with panadol but comes back after 6 7 hours ...internet says high crp and wbc and frequent fevers can be due to cancer or something serious
