My nephew is 19 months old he is suffering from high fever (104°) and motion since morning.. we gave him panadol syrup 2 times but fever is still between 100°-101° what should we give him .. there is not doctor available near me due to heavy rain.
give him shower bath and 4 hourly panadol dont wt for fever is coming or not

Give ORS 1 to 2 cups after every loose stool.
Syrup CALPOL 5 ml 3 times a day (if fever).
Syrup CEBOSH 5 ml once a day for 5 days.
Khichri, banana and yogurt in diet.
Take to hospital if persistent vomiting, lethargic, not feeding well or not improving.
