Talk to Pediatrician on Heavy Oral And Nasal Bleeding
Asking for Other, Female, 0.75 years old, Sheikhupura
My daughter, 7 months old, is suffering from oral and nasal bleeding since 4 months along with recurrent pneumonia. Blood is fresh Red sometimes with clots. Cause of bleeding is still unknown.
She had surgery for esophagal duplication cyst on her 1st day of life.
Her Endoscopy, barium Swallow, ENT bronchoscopy, EU nose, PNS, coagulation profile and other tests are normal except chest CT scan which shows lungs consolidation. Kindly evaluate whether it is nose bleeding or pulmonary hemorrhage.

Nose bleeding is secondary to some cause , already intensive workup is being carried out ,Let baby recover from infection .Bronchoscopy will give further information.already bleeding disorder is suspected ,few blood tests will be required for confirmation.
