Mostly at this age babies have post nasal drip and nasal congestion due to that they produce different sounds while breathing and feeding....
if your baby doesn't have any cough then dont worry and keep good follow ups with your concerned cardiologists.....
dont worry, you can out normal saline drops in nose but no medications....
for fever mostly we give medicine but dont record temperature so please dotn give any medicine without checking temperature with thermometer.....
