Dr bata ray hn yeh pani chala gya h iss k lung m and dehydrate kar ryy hn previous CT scan report attached here plz give the suggestion what shoud we do

The previous CT shows Skull Fracture with incidental findings suggesting Dandy Walker Malformation. The question is whether this child is developmentally normal or otherwise. If they say “there’s water in the lungs” he/she probably has aspirated. This child needs urgent care at a hospital equipped to provide mechanical ventilatory support and repeat CT Brain.
