meri beti 4 months ki hai din me 8 se 10 times stool pass kr rhi hai like thick paste fever b hai 100 and not taking milk what should I do I give her Panadol and q- palgite

yes , both can be given.
imodium has a rapid response so i preferred according to my experience , ORS is good too but here she is not taking her feed
