meri beti 3.5 years ki hai or usey kal shaam se vomiting start ho gayi or raat se fever bhi ho gaya hai. kuch bhi khati ya pi ti hai tau vomit kar deti hai kuch dair mai Poochna ye hai k hum isey pehle konsi medicine dein ?
Motilium for vomiting ? Panadol syrup for fever ?
Motilium kal raat ko pilayi thi but vo bhi vomit mai nikal gayi.
please rehnumayi farma dein, hum Skardu mai hain or yaha koyi clinic ya doctor nahi hai .

Give Syp motillium almost 30 minutes before food or other medicine and start with slow ORT ( 1 Tsf ORS after every 2 minutes) and Syp Entamizole (1+1+1), Syp Novidate 250mg/5ml(3/4+3/4)

Aoa If vommiting is not stopped then give her injection Gravinate I/m 1/2 ml better is this then treatment of fever but better to go to nearest Doctor

dear, if she vomits out everything she even cant tolerate the medicine. u need to visit nearby clinic and receive inj onset I/G. so that ur child can take oral medicines. then u can give the onseron syp and syp Panadol at home
