assalam o alaikum Doctor, my son is 22 days old , he got flu 2 days ago with fever .. Doctr ny panadol drops deay hen but un sy Bukhar ni utr raha .. he is having problem in breathing too .. frequently coughs too ..im worried about him ..kindly help me ?
